Se restringe la circulación nocturna en AMBA entre las 20 y las 6 de la mañana

Lo anunció el propio presidente de la Nación. También se suspenden las clases presenciales por dos semanas.

El presidente Alberto Fernández dispuso que a partir de la cero hora del próximo viernes se restringe la circulación nocturna en el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA) entre las 20 y las 6 de la mañana con el fin de mitigar la propagación de casos en suba exponencial durante la segunda ola de coronavirus que afecta al país.

En un mensaje televisado a la ciudadanía el Presidente señaló también que a partir del lunes 19 quedan suspendidas las clases presenciales en todas las modalidades de la enseñanza y que pasarán a formato virtual por el término de dos semanas.

Las actividades comerciales funcionarán hasta las 19 y las actividades sociales, recreativas, deportivas y culturales en espacios cerrados quedan suspendidas.

Alberto Fernández sostuvo en su mensaje que «en ningún momento» su Gobierno «acaparó la decisión de contratar vacunas» contra el coronavirus, al advertir que «la misma ley que facultó al Estadio nacional facultó a todas las provincias a hacerlo».

«Estoy seguro que más de un gobernador debe haber intentado compra vacunas para su pueblo, y le ha sido difícil», planteó el mandatario a través del mensaje emitido desde la residencia de Olivos.

Fernández manifestó que «espera» que los gobernadores e intendentes que «entiendan» decidan «acompañarlo» con la aplicación de nuevas restricciones impuestas en el AMBA por la pandemia y «lo hagan».

«Es responsabilidad de cada gobernador o intendente hacerlo», sostuvo el mandatario.

Aseguró que «el sistema de salud se ha relajado» en el último tiempo, por lo que «en un momento donde el contagio» de coronavirus «estaba disminuyendo, abrieron sus puertas para atender otras necesidad quirúrgicas».

De ese modo, repasó el mandatario, «se utilizaron camas que hoy pueden ser muy necesarias para atender» los casos de Covid-19.

«En el AMBA estamos viviendo la mayor velocidad de aumento de casos desde el inicio de la pandemia. Por lo tanto, es nuestra obligación tomar medidas adicionales y convocar a la población a un cambio, para lograr que avance el plan de vacunación y evitar la saturación del sistema de salud», sostuvo el mandatario.

Señaló también, que el mayor riesgo de transmisión se produce en las actividades sociales y recreativas nocturnas, donde no hay dos metros de distancia, se producen aglomeraciones, se usa escasamente el barbijo y también en espacios cerrados sin ventilación adecuada.
