Además, son mucho más sensibles a necesitar de algún tipo de asistencia en la vía pública o en situaciones que dificultan sostener una distancia de 2 mts, y todo ello los ubica en una posición de mayor vulnerabilidad ante un posible contagio de COVID», explicó Avejera.
«Lo que buscamos con este proyecto es que sean considerados grupo de riesgo y se encuentren entre quienes tienen prioridad en la campaña de vacunación. Esto último es fundamental”, añadió.
El proyecto fue trabajado en conjunto con ONGs conformadas por personas ciegas, y presentado el pasado martes en el Concejo Deliberante de Escobar.
