Por Ojos y Oídos en alerta se logró detener a dos ladrones
La Secretaría de Seguridad y Prevención Comunitaria de la Municipalidad de Escobar informó que en las últimas horas se detuvo en la localidad de Garín a dos hombres mayores de edad, oriundos de Benavídez.
Los delincuentes amenazaron con armas blancas y de fuego a una pareja que caminaba por las calles Cabo de Hornos y Zabala, y les sustrajeron dinero, celulares y una Honda Wave. Los malvivientes se fugaron a bordo de la moto y un Ford Focus blanco.
Un vecino detectó el robo e inmediatamente hizo la denuncia de lo sucedido a través del sistema municipal Ojos y Oídos en Alerta. A los pocos minutos, luego de recibir el alerta emitido por el Centro de Monitoreo de Garín, llegaron al lugar móviles de Prevención Comunitaria, Policía Bonaerense y el Subcomando de Garín e iniciaron una tarea de rastrillaje.
Así, las fuerzas de seguridad visualizaron y recuperaron la moto Honda Wave en la intersección de las calles Rivadavia y Pueyrredón. El conductor comenzó una fuga a la carrera, pero finalmente fue aprehendido en San Javier y Cabo de Hornos. Llevaba un cuchillo entre sus ropas.
Además, también desde la base de operaciones del Centro de Monitoreo, a través de las cámaras de seguridad, se coordinó un operativo cerrojo para interceptar al Ford Focus blanco. Luego de una persecución, los móviles policiales finalizaron con éxito la persecución en el kilómetro 37 de la Colectora Oeste. Se detuvo allí al segundo delincuente, a quien se le incautó más de seis gramos de marihuana y tres bolsas con dosis cocaína envueltas en nylon, listas para ser comercializadas.
