El HCD sesionó otra vez en sus instalaciones

Presidida por Luis Carranza, el Concejo volvió a sesionar en su recinto ubicado en la calle Asborno 743, en Belén de Escobar, con todas las medidas preventivas necesarias. 

En el marco de la Octava Sesión Ordinaria, se aprobó por mayoría (con la abstención del Bloque Juntos por el Cambio), el Proyecto de Resolución tratado sobre tablas que expresa el beneplácito porque la Municipalidad de Escobar es el primer organismo de gobierno de Argentina en lograr la Certificación de la Norma ISO 37001:2016, la más importante a nivel global en gestión antisoborno y lucha contra la corrupción.

Cabe destacar que la Municipalidad de Escobar durante el transcurso del 2019, expresó su compromiso para desarrollar e integrar en su cultura organizacional un alto nivel de gestión de integridad, tolerancia cero al soborno y la corrupción para concluir en la Auditoría de Certificación que concluyó con un resultado positivo.

También se aprobó el Proyecto de Ordenanza del Bloque Frente de Todos, que establece la creación de la “Escuela Municipal de Manejo con Perspectiva de Género” en cumplimiento de la disposición 152/2021 DI-2021-152 de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV).  Escobar es uno de los primeros municipios en adaptar los conocimientos impartidos adecuándolos a esta disposición, quienes acudan a esta Escuela podrán elegir libremente quien prefieren que les imparta los conocimientos viales, si un varón o una mujer.

Asimismo, se aprobó por el Proyecto de Comunicación del Bloque Cambia Escobar de Declaración de Interés Municipal al Libro “La Escondida, Historia sobre la primera Buenos Aires” debido a que la hipótesis que se desarrolla en el Libro sostiene que la primera fortificación o “Real” y el puerto de Buenos Aires en 1536 por Don Pedro de Mendoza se realizó en Escobar. Cabe destacar además que quienes desarrollan esta teoría son vecinos de dicho Partido y sostienen la identidad escobarense y que la misma puede desarrollar un polo turístico histórico en el río Luján. En el recinto se encontraba presente Eduardo Arcuri, vecino de Escobar y escritor del libro que recibió un homenaje y un presente de la mano de los miembros del Concejo Deliberante.

Se aprobó por unanimidad el Proyecto de Ordenanza del Bloque Frente de Todos que establece el sentido único de circulación sentido sur-norte de la calle Carlos del García entre San Juan y Las Amapolas como así también arterias adyacentes de Maquinista Savio.

Además, se aprobó por unanimidad el Proyecto de Ordenanza enviado por el Departamento Ejecutivo que establece la designación de los nombres Homero Manzi y Osvaldo Pugliese a calles de Belén de Escobar. 

Se aprobó el Proyecto de Ordenanza enviado por el Departamento Ejecutivo de condonación de pago de deuda al colegio YMCA de la Asociación Cristiana de Jóvenes de la República Argentina en Matheu.
