Recorrida de funcionarios en el túnel bajo a nivel

Ariel Sujarchuk y Beto Ramil supervisaron la prueba de resistencia de la estructura ferroviaria del paso bajo nivel de la calle Pablo Podestá.

En Belén de Escobar, el intendente en uso de licencia y presidente del Ente Nacional de Control y Gestión de la Vía Navegable (ENCGVN), Ariel Sujarchuk, y el intendente interino Beto Ramil, supervisaron la prueba de carga de los puentes ferroviarios de la histórica obra del paso bajo nivel de la calle Pablo Podestá, que se ejecuta a partir de un convenio con el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación.

“Supervisamos el momento más importante de esta obra fundamental, que consolida el desarrollo estratégico del municipio y en particular de la localidad de Belén de Escobar, generando una mejor conectividad entre barrios que hoy estaban divididos por las vías del ferrocarril”, expresó Sujarchuk.

“Con la concreción de esta imponente obra no sólo estamos fortaleciendo el transporte y la seguridad vial sino que generamos nuevas conexiones entre nuestros barrios y localidades, además de mejorar integralmente la infraestructura urbana con más asfalto, iluminación y seguridad para nuestros vecinos y vecinas”, detalló Ramil.

Durante la madrugada del viernes se realizaron las tareas de montaje de las vigas premoldeadas y la conformación de los tableros del puente ferroviario. Ya en la mañana del sábado, utilizando una locomotora con una formación cargada, se realizó la prueba de carga de los puentes ferroviarios.

El paso bajo nivel Pablo Podestá es el primero de todo el municipio de Escobar y busca vincular a los barrios Stone y San Marcos para agilizar el tránsito vehicular en el casco céntrico de Belén de Escobar.

«La obra se encuentra avanzada en un 50% e incluye además la readecuación de los desagües pluviales, la mejora del espacio público y la pavimentación de las calles anexas con material duradero y de máxima calidad», detallaron fuentes municipales.
