Beto Ramil y Jorge Ferraresi entregaron créditos para la construcción de viviendas
El intendente interino Beto Ramil, y el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, Jorge Ferraresi, entregaron 20 créditos de construcción correspondientes al programa nacional Casa Propia, en un acto que tuvo lugar en el colegio preuniversitario Ramón A. Cereijo.
«Es un día de muchísimas emociones y ver la alegría en los ojos de quienes hoy acceden al crédito es producto de un Estado presente. No es la primera vez que Jorge viene al distrito, y cuando lo hace, llega con respuestas para generar derechos. Desde que el presidente Alberto Fernández decidió crear el Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat tenemos una política activa que hoy desarrolla una multiplicidad de herramientas en el distrito. Además, hay que destacar el trabajo que esto produce, ya que en Escobar la construcción está siendo uno de los motores principales de una economía que se pone en marcha», afirmó Ramil, en el acto que contó con la presencia de la presidenta del Concejo Deliberante, María Laura Guazzaroni.
«Cuando trabajamos en equipo, compartimos las mismas convicciones y articulamos entre los diferentes niveles de gobierno, es todo mucho más fácil. Así que sin ninguna duda seguiremos viniendo a Escobar, donde hay una gestión que se ocupa y tiene la política de vivienda en su agenda. Además, son los actos más lindos porque la emoción de la gente es indescriptible y te transmite mucha energía», expresó Ferraresi.
Casa Propia es una política federal que posibilita el acceso a un crédito de hasta $4,3 millones para la construcción de viviendas nuevas de hasta 60 metros cuadrados que se asienten en lote propio. La financiación es del 100% sin necesidad de contar con ahorros previos y con un plazo de devolución de hasta 30 años a tasa cero. Asimismo, Casa Propia pone a disposición una serie de proyectos para reducir los plazos de ejecución de la obra.
Con esta entrega, ya son 97 los créditos Casa Propia / Línea Construcción otorgados para residentes del partido de Escobar o nuevos vecinos que construirán en el distrito. Además, con el fin de acompañar y fortalecer la implementación del Programa Casa Propia, el Municipio eximirá el pago de los derechos de construcción y brindará asistencia a las familias destinatarias de esta política pública.
