Plan Estratégico de Escobar: se reunió la mesa territorial de Maschwitz

Ayer el Honorable Concejo Deliberante participó en la segunda primera «mesa territorial» del Plan Estratégico de Escobar (PET 2030) correspondiente a la localidad de Ing. Maschwitz.

El encuentro se llevó a cabo en el Polo de Educación Superior y asistieron 85 personas. El PET 2030 se lanzó en 2020, mediante la Ordenanza 5817, para producir los códigos referidos a la edificación, el espacio público y el cuidado del ambiente. 

La mesa territorial estuvo coordinada por la Presidenta del Concejo Deliberante, Dra. María Laura Guazzaroni y el Coordinador de Desarrollo Sostenible, Ing. Guillermo Bochatón, junto a los responsables de la oficina del Plan Estratégico, los arquitectos Jorge Lembo, Gustavo Darrigo y Ariel Flores. También acompañaron la actividad Concejalas y Concejales de los diferentes bloques que conforman el HCD de Escobar.

Durante la presentación, Guazzaroni recordó el proceso participativo que derivó en la creación de la “Reserva Natural Educativa Ingeniero Maschwitz”, impulsada por Ariel Sujarchuk y ratificada mediante la Ordenanza 5767. Luego se refirió al modelo de participación que propone el PET 2030. «Cumplimos con la premisa de generar espacios de participación ciudadana y debate de ideas, para generar desarrollo sostenible en Escobar”, explicó. “Tenemos ordenanzas que con el paso de los años han quedado obsoletas, necesitamos crecer y desarrollarnos, considerando sobre todo cuestiones ambientales” propuso. Por su parte Darrigo destacó el rol de la comunidad. “Maschwitz siempre tuvo una identidad muy fuerte, en un territorio con mucha puja de intereses sobre los proyectos a realizar”, aclaró. Luego Lembo hizo la presentación del PET 2030. “La zona central de Maschwitz tiene infraestructura sanitaria completa que puede motivar el aumento de la densidad poblacional, pero sobre todo tiene que ser una posibilidad de desarrollo, afirmó”.

Ordenar el crecimiento urbano.

Fortalecer y consolidar la producción agrícola.

Promover la integración social urbana y el derecho a la ciudad.

Desarrollar la estructura vial y de transporte.

Sostener el proceso de radicación de industrias y emprendimientos productivos.

Reconversión de la matriz energética, sanitaria y de manejo de residuos.

Consolidar la capacidad de gestión municipal del planeamiento territorial
