Se realizó la mesa territorial del PET 2030 en El Cazador
Ayer el Honorable Concejo Deliberante participó en la tercera «mesa territorial» del Plan Estratégico de Escobar (PET 2030) en la “Hostería El Cazador”. En este encuentro participaron 80 personas para debatir sobre las particularidades del barrio y la propuesta de ordenamiento territorial del municipio.
El PET 2030 producirá los marcos normativos relacionados con la edificación, el espacio público y el cuidado del ambiente.
La mesa territorial estuvo coordinada por la Presidenta del Concejo Deliberante, Dra. María Laura Guazzaroni junto a los responsables de la oficina del Plan Estratégico, los arquitectos Jorge Lembo, Gustavo Darrigo y Ariel Flores. También estuvo presente el Coordinador de Desarrollo Sostenible, Ing. Guillermo Bochatón. A su vez, acompañaron la actividad Concejalas y Concejales de los diferentes bloques que conforman el HCD de Escobar.
Al inicio de la reunión, Guazzaroni explicó el marco general de la propuesta que lleva delante el Honorable Concejo Deliberante junto al poder ejecutivo. “Esta es una novedosa forma de dar a participación el debate de una política pública que nos va a regir los próximos cuarenta años”, destacó. El PET 2030 fue impulsado por Ariel Sujarchuk en 2020, para planificar el ordenamiento del distrito, con participación de la ciudadanía.
A continuación, Lembo resaltó la importancia de abrir el debate en las mesas territoriales. “El debate con las personas que habitan el territorio es el corazón del proyecto”. Por su parte, López dio a conocer los objetivos del PET 2030 y describió las restricciones que establece Ordenanza 5817 en áreas productivas y de reserva. “Es necesario ordenar el crecimiento y consolidar los centros urbanos existentes”, planteó.
“El Cazador forma parte de una estructura urbana”
En la reunión estuvo presente el presidente de la Centro Urbanístico de El Cazador, Victor Berisso y recordó el trabajo realizado por la comisión de planificación en el marco del 60° aniversario de Escobar. El resultado fue la elaboración de cuatro ordenanzas que preservan la residencialidad, el cuidado del medio ambiente, el patrimonio cultural y la topografía.
