PET 2030: se realizó la mesa territorial en Maquinista Savio

“Si nosotros permitimos radicaciones comerciales en cualquier parte, se debilitan los centros de las localidades”, destacó uno de los disertantes.

Esta semana se realizó la séptima «mesa territorial» del Plan Estratégico de Escobar (PET 2030) en Maquinista Savio. El encuentro se llevó a cabo en el Centro de Educación Integral y de Oficio “Paulo Freire”.

El PET 2030 se lanzó en 2020, mediante la Ordenanza 5817, y desde febrero de este año se pusieron en marcha reuniones para promover la participación de la ciudadanía en el ordenamiento del distrito.

La mesa territorial estuvo coordinada por la Presidenta del Concejo Deliberante, Dra. María Laura Guazzaroni junto al Coordinador de Desarrollo Sostenible, Ing. Guillermo Bochatón y los arquitectos responsables de la oficina del PET2030, Jorge Lembo, Gustavo Darrigo y Ariel Flores. A su vez, acompañaron la actividad concejales de los diferentes bloques que conforman el HCD de Escobar, junto a referentes locales.

Al inicio, Guazzaroni explicó el objetivo que le encomendó Ariel Sujarchuk al equipo del PET 2030. “La idea fue que recorran el territorio y analicen en qué situación estábamos, con respecto a la normativa que teníamos vigente, para presentar un nuevo plan que rija en Escobar de cara al centenario”, dijo.

A continuación, Lembo explicó las características generales del PET 2030 y detalló las particularidades de la localidad de Maquinista Savio. “Necesitamos una conectividad vial alternativa vial alternativa a la Ruta 26, para comunicar Savio con Garin, Zelaya y otras localidades”, mencionó.
