El intendente interino Beto Ramil entregó subsidios para mejoras habitacionales del Programa de Mejoramientos Habitacionales Bonaerenses “Trabajar en la Casa” a 44 familias de los barrios Philips, El Mirador y D’ Acunto de Belén de Escobar.

«Estamos muy contentos de reunirnos con los vecinos y vecinas para darles este subsidio. Venimos haciendo estas entregas por todo el distrito y son parte de las muchísimas cosas que estamos haciendo desde Hábitat y Vivienda, que se realizan gracias a la voluntad política de la gestión de Ariel y que mejoran la calidad de vida de todas y todos los escobarenses”, expresó Ramil, quien estuvo acompañado por la presidenta del Concejo Deliberante de Escobar, María Laura Guazzaroni.

En total, la Municipalidad otorgará 300 subsidios que se irán entregando de manera progresiva durante las próximas semanas en distintos barrios inscriptos en el Registro Público Provincial de Villas y Asentamientos.

En una primera etapa, se brinda un subsidio no reembolsable de $40.000 para cada grupo familiar, destinado a la compra de materiales o la contratación de mano de obra.

En una segunda etapa, se otorga un microcrédito de $100.000 para continuar con las mejoras iniciadas mediante el subsidio.Las y los interesados deben inscribirse en el Registro Único de Demanda Habitacional y acceder a los programas de mejoras habitacionales a través de la plataforma municipal: escobar360.escobar.gob.ar, completando el formulario con los datos personales, los del grupo familiar conviviente y su situación habitacional actual.
