Se realizaron reuniones de presentación del Plan Estratégico

La semana pasada, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante realizó reuniones de presentación del Plan Estratégico Territorial (PET 2030), junto colegios de profesionales y la Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Escobar.

El propósito fue dar a conocer los principales aspectos de la codificación del ordenamiento del distrito, basados en estudios y proyecciones del equipo técnico. También se incluyeron los aportes de la participación ciudadana durante las mesas territoriales del PET que se desarrollaron este año.

En los encuentros estuvieron presentes la Presidenta del HCD, Dra. María Laura Guazzaroni; la Secretaria de Planificación e Infraestructura, Dra. Verónica Sabena; el Secretario de Producción, Hernán González; el Director de Escobar Sostenible, Ing. Guillermo Bochatón; los arquitectos responsables del PET2030 Gustavo Darrigo y Ariel Flores. También participaron concejales/as de diversos bloques.

En las reuniones se destacó la importancia de que Escobar cuente con una normativa que contenga la codificación del ordenamiento del distrito. “Estamos trabajando para que el Estado cuente con las herramientas jurídicas para regular y promover el desarrollo de nuestro territorio”, afirmó Guazzaroni.

El PET 2030, fue impulsado por el Intendente en uso de licencia Ariel Sujarchuk para planificar el territorio estableciendo normas que permitan ordenar el distrito, consolidar el proceso de integración social urbana y garantizar el derecho a la ciudad. En poco tiempo, se tratarán en el HCD los nuevos códigos que regirán en el municipio.
